sorrow is a reservoir for creativity..its the time to soak in more and more. its the time for being accepting.
then comes on joy, when its the time to apply whatever has been accepted anew. Applying to create new levels of joy as well as well, sorrow.
the refection of the great beast the elephant is ,underwater, is very preceptive and almost tangible an expression of the sorrow-joy thing.

I just made this to understand for myself what the hell all this gloom is about in my head.
Obviously everybody feels it, everybody also knows the solutions. Still it goes on cyclically. Unpreventable, but acceptable.

I like the solitude that big lumbering beast undergoes.

Grief/ sorrow is such a personal thing, hard sometimes for one to console or find words to lift…
You walk with it on your own.
